Dr. R.P. Tripathi is a distinguished expert in organic chemistry and drug research with over 50 years of pioneering contributions. He holds a Ph.D. and M.Phil. in Organic Chemistry from Delhi University and an M.Sc. in Chemistry from Gorakhpur University. Dr. Tripathi’s research has led to significant advancements in antiparasitic agents, antivirals, and treatments for tuberculosis and diabetes.
A former Chief Scientist at the Central Drug Research Institute (CDRI), Lucknow, he led major initiatives, including the Indo-French CEFIPRA program. With over 150 publications and 25 patents, Dr. Tripathi has supervised more than 70 Ph.D. and postdoctoral scholars, shaping the next generation of leaders in the field. He also serves on the editorial boards of journals like Frontiers in Biotechnology and Biomaterials and is a life member of multiple scientific societies. Among his numerous awards, he received the Life Time Achievement Award from ACCTI in 2016. He is deeply committed to transform the careers of youngsters through Kaustav’s Careerica.

Dr. K. Anil Kumar is a renowned scientist, innovator, and thought leader with over 30 years of rich experience spanning academic and industrial research. With deep expertise in Agri-formulations, Preventive Healthcare, Nutraceuticals, Solid-State Formulations (Cocrystals), and Nanobiotechnology, Dr. Kumar has been at the forefront of translating science into impactful solutions across Healthcare, Agriculture, and Chemical sectors. A Ph.D. graduate from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, he has authored three internationally acclaimed textbooks and holds a prolific portfolio of 60+ scientific publications and 23 patents. His research contributions in Natural Product Chemistry, Biocatalysis, and Green Chemistry have garnered global recognition. Dr. Kumar’s industry journey includes leadership roles at premier institutions such as Dr. Reddy’s Institute of Life Sciences (DRILS), where he served as Head of the Centre for Drug Repurposing, and Tata Chemicals Ltd. (TCL), where he spearheaded innovation in nutraceuticals, pre- and probiotics, and inorganic nanomaterials. His work led to the creation of two new business verticals in Prebiotics (FOS & GOS) and Nano Silica.
Currently, Dr. K. Anil Kumar is an Advisor and Consultant to several Agri and Healthcare companies, a Professor of Practice at Centurion University, and a strong advocate for bridging academic research with industry. He also serves on the boards of Neeta Life Sciences and CVR Life Sciences, and has held distinguished positions including Director at Biovalley Incubation Council (AMTZ) and Chairman of the Institutional Ethics Committee at Sankar Foundation Eye Hospital. Honored as a Top Innovator from India (2008–09) by Intellectual Ventures, USA, Dr. Kumar continues to mentor emerging innovators and contribute to India’s scientific and entrepreneurial ecosystem with unwavering passion and vision.
