Dr. R.P. Tripathi is a distinguished expert in organic chemistry and drug research with over 50 years of pioneering contributions. He holds a Ph.D. and M.Phil. in Organic Chemistry from Delhi University and an M.Sc. in Chemistry from Gorakhpur University. Dr. Tripathi’s research has led to significant advancements in antiparasitic agents, antivirals, and treatments for tuberculosis and diabetes.
A former Chief Scientist at the Central Drug Research Institute (CDRI), Lucknow, he led major initiatives, including the Indo-French CEFIPRA program. With over 150 publications and 25 patents, Dr. Tripathi has supervised more than 70 Ph.D. and postdoctoral scholars, shaping the next generation of leaders in the field. He also serves on the editorial boards of journals like Frontiers in Biotechnology and Biomaterials and is a life member of multiple scientific societies. Among his numerous awards, he received the Life Time Achievement Award from ACCTI in 2016. He is deeply committed to transform the careers of youngsters through Kaustav’s Careerica.

Dr. Singh has published widely and overseen numerous research projects, contributing significantly to both academia and the scientific community.
Beyond research, his leadership in academic program management, as Director of the research cell and Chair of the ethics committee at Sikkim Manipal University, reflects his deep commitment to fostering innovation and intellectual growth.
